If you are in the middle of a migration
from Exchange 2003/2007 to Exchange 2010 (or already finished) and your users
are complaining that they can no longer manage distribution lists they own,
please note that this is RBAC working as expected.
I will not go through the explanation of why and
all the steps involved to fix it as that would be rewriting this excellent

Just be aware of this before you actually
start migrating users across!
